How much do you charge?
We charge a flat rate of $165 AUD per hour, exclusive of GST, charged in 15 Minute increments.
For onsite visits we require a minimum booking time of 1 hour, the first hour paid upfront.
Do you do onsite visits?
Yes, but generally we only service the Central Sydney Area (20 KM of the CBD). We can do further afield but we'll need to charge for travel time.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes, but only for existing clients. We feel it important to help and support "in person" whenever humanly possible. For remote support we charge in 15 minute increments of $45.25 AUD.
Do you support home users or just business?
We do! however, we specialise in Business. For our Apple Support you are likely to be eligible for free support from Apple Directly!

Do you do have a callout fee?
Yes, we have a minimum fee of one hour for onsite visits, required upfront. Thereafter we charge in 15 minute increments. For example if you book us for 1 hour we will charge just the callout fee of $165 AUD (exclusive of GST), If you have us onsite for 1 hour and 45 minutes we'll charge $288.75 AUD, exclusive of GST. Please Note: Our booking slots come in 1, 2, 4 and 8 Hour slots. Our time is our income, If you book us for 4 hours but only utilise us for 1 hour we charge for the 4 hour block. Conversely if you only book us for 1 hour and need us for 3, we may have to move on to another job once the booking block has finished.We don't expect you to know exactly how long a job will take, but its important not to over, or under book our time. We will be as flexible as possible but we pride ourselves as running a Pay As You Go business to save you money, but we are not a charity.
